clone issue without due date

I want employees to clone an issue. But when cloning an issue "DUE DATE" section of the issue comes with the old version. So I want to change the clone issue page to see DUE DATE section with blank.

Currently there is an open request in JIRA about this - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-5052

For adding/removing field values while cloning you can use the plugin  "Clone plus" so you have much better control over fields while cloning.
