cannot prioritize issues in greenhopper

when i go under the Agile tab and view the planning board in a list view for my project, i cannot move the issues for prioritization. every time i try to drag and drop it doesn't move. this used to work. and what do the colors on the tabs mean?

The dragging and droping depends on what project context you have selected, you need to have Rank selected in the sortedy by dropdown option of the selected context (see manage option), maybe on the fly or default have rank selected?
