can we migrate JIRA software(cloud) and Confluence (cloud) to JIRA Data center

Hi, 

Would like to know, can we migrate from 

1. JIRA Software (cloud)  to -> Jira Software (Data center) 

2. Confluence (cloud) to -> Confluence (Data Center)

3. Jira software ( Server) to -> Jira software ( Data center)

what are the perquisites to follow the migration. please let us know, it would be great help to us.
