Zepher test case Start Import - Not working no logs

Hi

I am using the Zepher test case importer, using my local I connect to Jira selected the project, Test, excel mapping, file etc.

But when I click the 'Start Import' not seeing any logs. It stays idle and no logs. 

What is the issue?
