Yes, I know there are dozens of similar topics here already, but I couldn't find anything useful in them.
I checked the billing page and it's just blank... It's like we don't have any products. On the product page itself - they are marked as Product offline and it is suggested to write to support.
I created a ticket, but there has been no news for over four hours.
The same problem and no answers for more than 24 hours. The work of the whole tema (38 people) is stoped, and no help.

Yes, I understand. It's just strange that there's been no news from support for almost 5 hours... At least a message that they're trying to figure things out.
We're locked out. And we don't even understand the reasons why, or how long it might last...
