You do not have the correct permissions to view the page: App requests

• I can't add any app to my Jira 
• I created a few requests but can't use apps
• Also I can't open the page https://devolk.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.jira.emcee/app-requests
• I need some report's apps

Welcome to the community.

As per this article, you must be a member of the site-admin group to add apps to the JIRA instance.

There are multiple levels of access for administrative functions based on the User Groups to which you belong. To which user groups do you belong? Do you specifically belong to one called "site-admins"?
