XSFR security token is missing

Hi all, when i try to publish changes about Workflow scheme i display the error "XSFR security token is missing". How i can solve? i try to follow the instruction but whit no luck...

Have you checked this XSRF Security Token Missing errors in Jira 8.4.0 and later article?

If not of the causes fits, you can disable the XSRF check following the workarounds on this article.
