Work Log Access Disappeared

Our team has been using the Work Log feature for quite a while. Suddenly after the last update to Jira, this feature seems to have disappeared.  How do we get it back?

Hi Bill and welcome to the Community. Check the following:

  1. Board settings > Estimation and ensure time tracking is enabled
  2. Verify that the screen has Time tracking included - project settings > screens > click on the screen scheme to expand if necessary and then click on the screen link

I tried activating Estimation, but that seems only to have added the estimation field to the issue screen.  I can't seem to find a setting to enable time tracking, which we had already been tracking for months. Also, in Settings I don't see a screens option.

Probably, there are some rights settings I don't have.
