THERE IS NO BOX TO ENTER A LICENSE KEY.
Yep this implies that there's something wrong with your installation. The page isn't rendering because your installation is broken. Can you provide details about your setup? Can you list the errors that are in the Browser Console/Application Log?
Or, possibly, that the browser is broken and rendering things incorrecly. Same diagnostics though! (and try another browser)
