Why don't I see "Remove from sprint" on stories in my current sprint - GH Rapid Board

Peter Anticue July 8, 2012

Hi

Using the Rapid Board in GH5.9.5, I want to remove some stories and bugs from the currently in progress sprint before releasing the sprint because they're not done.

The wiki note for GH5.9 and the same question here suggest I should be able to use a "Remove from sprint" action, but that link doesn't display on my story or bug. They are the parent task, so that wouldn't appear to be the reason.

Are there other factors that would mean I don't get to see the link to that action? Is there any other way I can use to remove these from the current sprint?

Thanks,

Peter

Rahrah! Fortune favours the bold... so I tried the "Release" button and presto, the magicians at Atlassian have catered for my needs. GH automatically returns "not done" stories to the top of the backlog.

Bravo team GH!
