I just got a new laptop Microsoft 10 Pro. Now, when I attempt to view an attachment in an existing jira ticket, I get error "Failed to load". When I create a new issue and try to add a screen shot or attach a word document to the issue, I get error message: We couldn't save your comment. It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor.
Any help will be appreciated.
