In the guideance it show adding more than one of the above, but there is no add button. You can only replace a single Quick Filter or SwimLane.
Multiple swimlanes and Quick Filters on the Rapid Board are available in GreenHopper 5.7 and above since they utilise functionality found in JIRA 4.4.
