Why can't certain users see all project tabs? (component, release, reports etc)

Hi there. I recently added a new user to a project. She SHOULD be able to see backlog, board, release, reports, components, etc on the side column, however, they only see Backlog, Board and Reports. For an identical project with the same permissions, she sees all the tabs.

I've attached screenshots below of the two versions. The projects are both "Software" and she's been added to the same group of users as everyone else who can see these tabs fine.

What could be causing this?

You're not in a Project Context -- Your board must have several projects within it's query and you navigated directly to the board.

If she goes to the project and selects the board, all will be as expected.
