Hello Jira community,
Thanks again for assisting me as I learn about this excellent product.
My question is: when I move a certain type of issue into the column we have set up for "Ready for live", I get two options to drag the issue into. They are named "Ready for Live" and "Ready for Live (2)". This is confusing - I only need one place to drag the issue to.
Here is my workflow (below). Any assistance appreciated.
p.s. I have seen others ask questions on here with a similar situation, however the issue they had was there were two of the same status being used on the same workflow, or two identically named transitions. I don't have either of these.
Hi @Billy Macrae , this means that you have created 2 separate transitions with the same name. Rename one of them.
To add to @Dave Mathijs answer, if you look at your workflow you have a global transition (meaning that you can move to that status from anywhere in the workflow) to Ready for Live (the one that says All) and a transition between Ready for Review and Ready for Live.
