Why I do not see a ticket on the "Active Sprint" board?

Dear All, 

I have a ticket which is added to an active sprint (I can see it in the "Backlog" of the board), but I do not see it in the "Active Sprint" on the same board. What could be a reason?

Can you provide a screen image of the Backlog screen showing the issue, and of the Board screen? Blur or black out any confidential data.

Make sure you don't have any Quick Filters activated when viewing your Board.
