Hi @Devloop Devloop ,

What is your setting towards default access?

If you have the checkbox/slider enabled that a new user should have default access to JSD it might throw you this error even tho you have JSW licenses available.

Could you double check that? You can find that on https://admin.atlassian.net and then going to product access under site settings

Are you trying to add them as an admin?  Or are two of your SM users also Software users?
