Why Account field didn't fill with default account when it's already set up?

Hi. This answer wasn't helpful. I know how to add an account field to the issue screen. If I need some manuals, I can find them by myself. Going back to my previous question as I ask when I set the default account in my project the account field didn't fill with my default value. That's why users need to choose a needed account from the drop-down list when they create a new issue. It's very uncomfortable, and I think it's a bug after some update. Could you, please, help me with this?
