I am on a free plan and as per the documentation, it is written that any logged in user can see the site. My question is - Is the site i created open to all the users ? Anyone who knows the url of my site can read the content ?
Or only those users have access to the site whom I have invited ?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
By default, the world can see your Cloud site, but if they don't log in, they can't see much more than the login screen.
On the free plan, you don't have the option to open the site up to anonymous users, so the simple answer is "no one can see any of your content, unless you let them log in"
I actually want no one to see my site ( the contents like tasks, epics etc) , except myself. Not even logged in users like yourself. Would that be possible with the free plan?

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and select Manage Users, you will see a list of users that have been invited to access your site. Only people who have been invited to access your site will be able to login and access the data on your site.
