While working on an issue, I noticed I can no longer reply to customer ... Only internal notes.

I was responding to a customer within an issue as normal, then when I hit "save", my note was indicating it was an "internal" note.

  • Now that is the only option for me ... Reply as an internal note and the "Reply to Customer" option is not displayed for me (tried different browsers, refreshed, logged out and back in, had my account removed and re-added, I was an administrator)
  • I also can no longer edit my saved issue filters and receive "You must be an agent to use the Customer Organization JQL functions."
    • What the heck is an "AGENT"?
