I am an Administrator of my project and I can tag my team members in any issue's comments. Unfortunately my team members cannot tag me or other members in any issue. How can I help them? I do not wish to give them the Administrator permission. Which other permission should I set? Thanks.
You mean the @mention?
if they don't see anybody when they do an @ they need the global permission "browse users"
Browse users and groups | View and select users or groups from the user picker, and share issues. Users with this permission can see the names of all users and groups on your site. They can share issues and @mention people on issues. |
