Sandor Krisztian Andre October 27, 2017

Documentation is available for Greenhopper aka JIRA Agile when it was a separate plugin e.g. https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-software/6.1.6/overview-summary.html.

where do I gind the API documetnation for classes like Sprint and SprintManager for the versions of JIRA Agile integrated in JIRA Software (JIRA v7 and later)?

Hi Sandor,

Agile is called Jira Software now, and you can find it from the Jira APIs page. At the bottom, you'll see the heading JIRA Java APIs and then JIRA Software Java API.

Can you have a look at that and let us know if it helps?

Kind Regards,
Shannon

trouble is that on there the latest JIRA Software API there is version 6.7.12 from december of 2015, which can not be the latest version.

Kris,

It indeed hasn't been updated for some time. I found a request here for updated versions:

My recommendation would be to watch that bug ticket and vote on it, and you'll be updated of any changes.

Kind Regards,
Shannon
