When we go to the log in page for the JIRA Service Desk control panel using IE, we get a blank page

This is what the console says in IE.  What can we do to allow customers2017-08-04_1354.png with IE to log on to the JSD?

you may also want to look at this thread. a couple of scenarios called out there. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/JIRA-Servicedesk-not-loading-in-IE/qaq-p/464787

the one i ran into had to do with IE's Compatability mode.

OK, it was the defect mentioned in the link.  Managed to resolve with the workaround described editing the code.

Is there a new version the JSD available?

What version of Service Desk are you on?  I think 3.2 doesn't support IE, we ran into that and had to upgrade.

John Bell August 4, 2017

We're on 3.3.2
