I have searched all over the community to find the answer and cannot locate one. We have one tech agent having this problem where when she tries to view and issue from the bell notification, it makes jira freeze up. She has tried different browsers, cleared temp files, checked the PC for memory issues and updates and even tried jira on her home PC and is having the same problem.
Does anyone know what could be causing this all of a sudden?
