I've noticed that when I create a new ticket, the labels I add in the creationn form are missing when I click onto the ticket itself. I then must re-add them to the ticket each time.
My other team members aren't having this issue.

I tried to reproduce the symptom you see, and could not. I found this defect created recently that seems related, and a fix is in progress (according to the comments).
Until then, I suggest ensuring that you tab off of each new label entry as they are typed. That may help them "stick".
