What happened to the check box on Bulk Edits that prevented emails from being sent?

This was a very useful tool in the On Prem version of Jira so you don't spam a bunch of folks when doing bulk edits.

What type of bulk edit are you trying to do?

I still see the checkbox at the bottom of the Edit bulk edit screen.

I also see it on the Transition Issues: Edit Fields screen.

We think this is a permissions issue with the Cloud version.  Are you a Jira Admin?

Yes, I am.

I tried using the Admin functionality to logon as a non-admin user, and in that case I do not see the checkbox to not send emails in the Bulk Change screens.

OK thanks!  I will accept these answers and work with our Jira Admin Group to get the proper permissions cascaded.
