When logging into the new Jira version, the banner message shown above is displayed in the Filter Results dialogue box. Checking the Issue Navigator does not help explain what this means or how to resolve it.......Please help.

Hello Nigel,

It seems the filter used in the gadget has been deleted or made private. If you are the owner of the dashboard which has the gadget then you can click on "edit" option on the gadget (when you hover over the gadget you can click on a arrow pointing downward - top right of gadget and then click on edit).

Once in edit mode you will know the filter which is causing the trouble and in the manage filter section you can search for filter and if it's deleted then in the gadget you can use a different filter.

Check the filters used is accessible to you. If it is private, you may experience this issue.
