We currently have both MS Communicator and Skype, so am looking for rationales as to what **more** HipChat would give us because of its integration with Jira. Apart from the more obvious possibility that probably "less keystrokes are needed" if using HipChat with Jira instead of Skype or Communicator, anybody know what other specific benefits that the **Integration** of HipChat with Jira provides that Skype and Communicator could not?
I would suggesting using HipChat and you'll find out rather quickly...
