Website freezing on naming your site

Hi,

New to Atlassian and trying to get set up so I can see if this could work for us.  I've registered, given my site a name and clicked to move on to the next step but it's frozen on 'loading'.  I've tried 3x and it's not moving on from this (left for >1h the last time, so I don't think I'm being impatient).

Is this a known issue that's being fixed?

Sorry to hear about this problem. I have logged an internal ticket in regards to this inability to select a desired site name.  So far I have not personally been able to recreate this problem, but I have seen a number of other users report this on another thread here in Community, so I'm certain this is something we need to investigate further.

I will push back to my team about this today.
