Webhooks registered for time tracking update doesn't seem to work

Deleted user October 25, 2021

I am developing Jira OAuth 2.0 app to be included in the marketplace. One of the feature is to record the event when the time is logged onto the Time Tracking in the issue. I tried registering events for `issue_property_set`, `manage:jira-configuration`, `jira:issue_updated` seperately using the REST API, but my API which sat behind a reverse proxy didn't get hit. Other Events for the `issue_updated` works fine when I change the status, But I need the webhook to be triggered when the time is logged onto Time Tracking. I tried another way also using the Webhook UI, It didn't work. Please help me resolve the issue.

I am experiencing the same exact issue. The issue_updated webhook is not triggered when logging time in the time-tracking field.
