(Webhook Listener) Jira is sending translated issuetype, status, and status category names

We have a Webhook Listener that is connecting Jira with ServiceNow to connect and synchronize issues.

The problem now is when a user in Jira (who has a different language preference) is transitioning issues in Jira. Jira is sending in this case the Norwegian translated issuetype, status, and status category names.

The integration has rules in ServiceNow that picks up status changes based on the hardcoded string values ex., "status":  "Done".

We are a global company and it is not possible to know who will make these issue transitions and what their Atlassian default language is.

Is there a way to specify a callback language (like is possible using REST API) in the Webhook Listener?

https://company.service-now.com/api/sn_jira_spoke/jira_webhook_callbacks/wh_entry?ni.nolog.id=##.token=%##&issue_id=${issue.id}

Any other suggestions appreciated!?!
