We want to OAuth for JIRA rest API authentication. But we are getting error which accessing token.

We are using below doc to generate Oauth Token

We are getting below error after using java -jar OAuthTutorialClient-1.0.jar requestToken, We are using Okta as SSO. We also tried to use same steps provided in local jira instance but here its working fine.
