I have a couple of custom fields that I have set up to use the WYSIWYG editor which I am leveraging for our issue intake process.
To ensure that the ticket gets created in the appropriate project, I set up a JIRA form so my users can bookmark this link.
What my users noticed though is that the WYSIWYG feature does not seem to activate on the Form even though it's the exact same field that I have used in the screen setup.
Is there a setting I am missing?
