WBS-Gantt not showing in Jira Work Management/Business Project

Hello All, 

I am learning to use Jira Work Management / Business Project and want to show the WBS-Gantt chart in the left-hand menu for the users. When I do this in Jira Software it works, but when I use this for Work Management template it is not working! Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @Marion Richardson,

This WBS Gantt Chart is not out of the box functionality of Jira. I assume it is provided by a marketplace app, which is - most likely - not compatible with Jira Work Management.

You may want to reach out to the app vendor to find out if they have plans to change this. You can find contact details on the app's marketplace listing, most likely right here.

Hi Walter, 

I didn't know it may be the apps' functionality that is stopping this feature. I have now contacted Ricksoft who make WBS-Gantt. Many thanks for your quick suggestion.
