View unresolved issues in Average Age report

Monica Collins December 10, 2021

I have a user that has created an Average Age report for a project.  They entered in the project, a period of Monthly and Days Previously of 400.  The report is showing data.  The user now wants the view the unresolved issues reported.  How do we get to those?

Hi @Monica Collins

Do you mean the Average Age gadget on dashboards?

If so, I believe that gadget accepts either a board or a filter, so you could copy the current filter used and add criteria to only included unresolved issues for the second report.

Kind regards,
Bill

No.  On the left of the project, we click on Reports.  Once there, we select Average Age Report.  The users wants to view the unresolved issues that make up the report.

Thanks for clarifying, Monica.

That built-in report uses the board filter, or the filter you specify.  For whichever is used, you could copy/update the filter to see the issues in advanced search by adding to the filter's criteria:

AND resolved IS EMPTY
