There used to be a "view issue" or "view this issue" button where I have highlighted below. Where did this button go?
I need to be able to add other people to the ticket so that when I use "reply to customer" multiple people are emailed. I do not want to add them as watchers because these are external clients I need to add.

The option to view the request is related to the customer portal and this option only appears when the request type is not empty.
I see on the screenshot that the field was not filled, that's why the link is not appearing.
Please, select a valid request type and refresh the page and the option will appear.
