We have the label H&I that needs to be applied to each of my stories in my bulk import csv template. I have tried the following scenarios and they are all not working and are basically resulting in issues that have a blank label:

H&I
Is there a proper way in my bulk import csv file to apply the label "H&I" to my stories so that JIRA recognizes this? Thanks in advance.
