Using JIRA Cloud how do you develop a report?

I have generated three pages of JIRA Projects and my employer would like to create reports.  I mostly use JIRA Core for my projects can, I generate a report like this or should I use JIRA Core and SCRUM and Sprint to generate a report.  I am not sure what path I should take to generate reports, can someone help?

What kind of reports are you looking for?

Jira Work Management (Core) offers predefined reports for issue analysis and forecast & management, available via the Reports link in the sidebar of your company-managed project.

These are not agile reports as you don't work with a scrum board or sprints in these kind of projects.

Jira Software projects offer you agile reports like burndown chart, burnup chart, sprint report, velocity chart, etc.
