We've recently started using the burn down charts to track progress on specific features (Epics) within each release. The way I have been doing this is to create a filter that lists of the stories, enhancements etc with the relevant epic link. Once I have the filter I can configure the agile gadget to show all sorts of useful information about the overall progress on that feature, except it seems that in terms of reporting the remaining time its set to report on Remaining Estimate rather than Sigma Remaining Estimate, i.e. its not including the time of any sub tasks of the stories.
- Is there a way to configure this gadget to use Sigma Remaining Estimate?
- is there a better way of doing this?
At the moment I've extended to the filter to explicitly include all the sub tasks but that makes the other parts of the gadget too granular - I really only want to report on progress at Story level but do need to include all the remaining effort of the sub tasks.
Any advice please?
