Users Story not displayed according to start and due date in roadmap

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use a basic roadmap in Jira.

I have an epic and some stories in it. All the stories are part of a sprint. As usual, the sprint has a start and end date.

Each story has a start date and due date.

But in the roadmap, each story takes the duration of the sprint and does not take into account the start and end date.

Looking in the help normally each story should be displayed in roadmap according to those dates, in sequence.

Is someone can help solving this issue please

In the EPIC, you will happen to see the drop down, to choose "Order by", opt for Created to sort it based on date.
