Hi Team,

Coming to the issue User want to redirect from Service desk portal to Jira instance

When user access into service desk portal and in the home there is Image button "supplier / third parties " when user clicks on it a notification window should pop up saying that as follows:
" Please access the following link and click create option displayed on the top of the page to raise a supplier review ticket - https://intake.in.here.com/projects/SPCSUPREV/issues/SPCSUPREV-1022?filter=allissues "

Notification window should have close option.

PLZ find the attached screen shot for your reference.

Hello @Ravi Kanth 

The reference you show is for a self-hosted Jira Service Management instance. We are a community of users of our own Jira instances. We don't have access to your Jira instance. You will need to reach out to the support team within your company to contact the administrators of your Jira instance to ask for that change.
