one of my users is trying to login to Jira and is being sent into an account select loop that doesn't end, selecting the account only sends the user back to the account selection.
i've deleted the accound and reinvited the person withtout any difference. (my users are using the program in french)
it seems that he system doesn't like having too many new clients to register with an account, it was giving me a message that my cap for e-mail notifications was reached and that one account seems to be created in 2 different systems: on the main site and our service desk.
Both of them use the same e-mail, but they aren't linked together and logging into the main site system doesn't let you see the service desk you are registered into, doesn't give you a link to reach it or any redirection.
i've also got a user that his register link had expired... a couple hours after i sent it...
