User icons missing from Cloud instance

Hi, 

Some users are experiencing issues with profile icons missing. User with same permission can see icons / other cant.  We have tried clearing browser cache but still no joy. Can any body help here please? 1e36adae-2879-4c37-88fb-bed21904e238.jpg223b7e2f-67ac-4f76-935a-24f2f23968f6.jpg

The first thing I would try is another browser and/or clear cache on current browser.

Hello @Matthew Barber ,

when we see the shared screenshot. all those images are broken.

Cause 

1. Images or not loaded completely

2.  or images path is changed / deleted / unable to fetch.

 

Check in Incognito / other compatible browsers.

if worked. you can "Refresh" the current browser by deleting History and cookies.

If Not, you can raise a support ticket
