User does not see Board's project template (i.e., missing QA column, etc.)

I think this is a Users and Roles update for my user but I either don't have access to that screen or I'm hoping that there's another way for my user to have the same privileges(?) as my other users who have the fuller board template (To Do, In Progress, Failed QA/Blocked, QA, Done).  This user only sees a basic board template (To Do, In Progress, Done).  Thanks for any help.
