Hi! We have a fairly straight forward set up regarding users using the standard roles ( slightly adjusted). All members of the organisation recieves one of the "lower" access as default via AD. In my case I would like to give a group of users the developerrole without having to add them to every project or break the out of this standard process. What would be the easies/best way to do this. I tried to create a group and give that group developer-acess but could only assign "user" and I can't quite figure that out ;) .
In your permission scheme, grant the necessary permissions to a specific custom project role. Add the group to the default members of that project role. This way, you won't have to add that group in every single project to that project role.
User and roles are offcourse diff. places. I ws on the right track :)
