We're using JIRA Software, Company-Managed project. It appears the only way to give users permission to move items from the backlog to the scrum board for a sprint, is to give them Manage Sprints permissions. However, this also gives them the ability to start sprint, stop sprint, create sprint.
Is there a way to give a user permission to move items from the backlog onto the scrum board without also giving them access to start/stop/create sprints?
TIA!
I think to add issues to a sprint a user needs only these permissions:
I don't think they need the Manage Sprints permission.
I haven't tested that out yet.
