As the title of the email says, there were attempts to access your Atlassian account, but it doesn't mean someone actually logged in using your account.
If someone or you tried to access your account several times with the incorrect password, for example, this email will be sent as a warning message.
You can check your account activity and log out from all devices on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/recent-devices.
If there are some login that you don't recognize, please make sure to change your password and log out from all devices.
