As part of an internal review, under Time Tracking we are looking to change the "Day" value from 8 hours to 7.6 hours.
Before we proceed with this change, what impact will this have on all previously logged time?
There is a concern that if we make the change, it will interfer with all existing tickets, leading to confusion around reporting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Should have no impact, since as far as I know Jira uses minutes for the calculation in connection to the current used settings in the time tracking configuration. But your former entries will be adapted, because a 5 day week has no longer 40 hours but 38 hours. So an existing time estimation of 1w will then be 1w and 2h.

Just want to confirm the above behaviour in OnDemand is correct. An issue previously estimated as 1w will adjust to 1w2h upon changing the 'The number of working hours per day' to 7.6.
