We recently moved our Exchange to the Azure cloud, but are still using Jira Server on-prem. We are trying to get mail outgoing mail working but have run into a wall getting generic authentication errors when performing the test connection.
Does anyone have any documentation they could share?
Hi @PF ,
Please make sure network ports are opening between mail server(azure cloud) and Jira server. Then you can follow steps described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-an-smtp-mail-server-to-send-notifications-947184044.html
