Unable to see the issues created in backlog

Arpita Ray December 23, 2020

Hi,

I have created a project with a scrum board.

I have created a few issues/user stories, etc in the project and also assigned to the sprint. However, the issues/tasks, etc are neither showing up on the backlog nor the sprint.

The issues are visible on the Issues menu.

I have removed all filters but still not able to see these on the backlog or the sprint.

am i doing something wrong?

Please advise.

Regards,

Arpita

Hi @Arpita Ray ,

if you using classic project.

1. Go to board settings --> General

2. check filter or edit as below

project = "project Name" ORDER BY Rank ASC

3. Go to columns

image.pngAnd tag all your workflows statuses as above .

To Do || In Progress || Done these are columns

To Do ( 1 Issue) || IN PROGRESS (No issues) || Done (5 issues) are workflow statuses.

Please check and let me know

Hi Arpita,

Drag and Drop the "Unmapped Statuses" in to Columns.

Under 1. To Do --> TO_DO

2. In Progress --> QA COMPLETED, QA IN-PROGRESS (Like this blue colored)

3. Done --> COMPLETED , IS APPROVED
