Unable to remove TestRail Connection

I am trying to configure TestRail with Jira but when I uninstall the plugin the previous connection still persists and application.properties in the server don't show anything but on the cloud-hosted instance, a connection is still visible.

How can i remove the older connection to get a new connection established.

I would also like to know the answer to this as because of this issue I am unable to migrate to testrail cloud since we connected it previously on testrail on-prem.
